THE POOL HASN'T WORKED IN YEARS. THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR AMENITIES. It's clean. Easy Access. Food is basic. Bed is comfortable.
It was just average I've been to several better Sleep Inn's. The front desk staff is good. The pool was open and allegedly heated. The gym was open, the equipment didn't work there was no place to plug it in. The breakfast as mentioned twice in the ad says continental breakfast and hot. The only hot thing there was the waffle iron.... Coffee was disappointing, not very hot. Comfortable beds. Average for what I expect for a work trip.
Not a bad place to stay that is affordable. Parking can be a little difficult with a truck and trailer. The lot is small. So keep that in mind. I felt safe enough, although I don’t know the area very well. The only thing that gave me pause was the front desk was behind bulletproof glass. But like I said, I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe.
What a nice breath of fresh air - in today’s world.The staff is outstanding and pleasant to deal with. I requested a room for myself instead of driving into Frederick County with an immanent storm coming thru that evening .handled it in less than a minute over the phone and was comfortable and safe in exactly the room I was promised within minutes. Nice And the waffles the next morning were life changing
Monir and the staff are the most attentive professionals this hotel is super comfortable clean and well worth it , I get deals in priceline and very well worth it !!!! Best deal should have three stars
I was very pleasantly surprised, about the room I rented for 2 nights! Not all “budget” friendly accommodations are nice—though, the room I rented at this location—was very nice & clean & had a window that opened to a screen, therefore, I didn’t have to use the air conditioning—which is great for me, with lung problems! Also, they had a nice chair, I was able to cover, and sleep in—as, I have had to sleep in a chair, since having COVID 19 & pneumonia—that lasted, awhile! At their breakfast—they had “make your own” Belgian waffle, which was very nice, also—and they had the usual breakfast cereal, juices, etc.—very nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel to the budget conscious travelers, and beyond!
The manager Ragy was very helpful. Comped us into a first floor King Suite room when our room as reserved online did not actually exist at this hotel. For some reason the website where I reserved the room showed queen beds when they are actually only doubles. And the reservation showed as a first floor room so my wife could walk to it without having to use her mobility scooter. But when we arrived, it was on the 3rd floor. (They do have working elevator.) Ragy got us all set so our stay was wonderful. He also helped me figure out the TV remote so my wife could watch her shows. Room was beautiful. Fitness room on site. I would return here in the future. Friendly staff, Ragy, makes the stay turn out really well after a long drive and a website misdirection.
